Check it in person before you take it. If something is not right, it gets fixed by the person who printed it.
Who you are dealing with
Francis has been in print since 2002. She managed a franchise shop, became a partner in it, then left to open her own counter in 2008.
That is who prices your job, who runs it, and who hands it back to you. There is no call centre between the two of you.
